Overview
As the Full-Stack Developer and UI/UX Designer for Warfot Hub, I was responsible for designing and developing an ERP system for Waroeng Foto to centralize daily operations, employee management, finance, sales, customer management, and production workflows into one integrated platform.
Warfot Hub is an internal ERP application built to support the operational needs of Waroeng Foto across multiple branches. The system helps the business manage attendance, payroll, employee data, sales, products and stock, finance reports, customer campaigns, booking studio, custom frame requests, event tracking, marketing activities, and operational task management. I designed the application interface to be clear, responsive, and easy to use for different roles, including admin, staff, marketing, finance, and operational teams.
As the developer, I built the frontend using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, while integrating Firebase for authentication, database, storage, and backend administration. I also implemented role-based access control so each user only sees the menus and features relevant to their responsibilities. The dashboard includes analytics, finance summaries, attendance monitoring, payroll management, customer data, WhatsApp campaign tools, booking studio management, custom frame request handling, inventory tracking, task tracker, notifications, and operational reports.
Key features I developed include employee attendance with branch/location validation, payroll and salary slip management, finance reports such as profit and loss, balance sheet, cashflow, ledger, journal, and cash/bank tracking, product and stock management, customer list and WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, booking studio calendar and settings, marketing dashboards, content planning, custom frame order management, and task tracking for daily operations.
I also focused on improving operational efficiency by creating reusable components, structured data flows, responsive layouts, dynamic dashboards, automated reports, PDF and spreadsheet export features, and integrations with external services such as Google APIs, WhatsApp tools, and Firebase Storage. The goal of Warfot Hub is to reduce manual work, improve data visibility, and help Waroeng Foto manage its business operations more efficiently from one centralized system.
