Overview
As the WordPress Developer, UI/UX Designer, and Website Administrator for Amanat Research Institute, I was responsible for managing the complete website development process, including website planning, interface design, WordPress development, hosting configuration, domain setup, deployment, and ongoing website management.
Amanat Research Institute is an organization focused on developing young Indonesian leaders through education, research, political awareness, and public participation. The website was developed as the organization’s primary digital platform to communicate its profile, vision, mission, programs, research activities, articles, organizational structure, and social media presence to the public.
I designed the website interface to reflect a professional, credible, and modern research institution while maintaining a clear and accessible user experience. The website includes dedicated pages for the organization profile, vision and mission, core pillars, team members, programs such as PFL and SIPANDA, publications and articles, contact information, and social media channels.
As the developer, I built and configured the website using WordPress, including page structure development, responsive layout implementation, content management, navigation setup, article publishing features, and social media integration. I ensured that the website could be easily managed by the organization’s internal team through the WordPress Content Management System.
I also handled the website’s technical infrastructure from end to end, including purchasing and configuring the domain, setting up DNS records, managing the Hostinger hosting environment, installing and configuring WordPress, activating SSL security, connecting the domain to the hosting server, and deploying the website to production.
Throughout the project, I was responsible for website testing, responsive optimization, content updates, performance monitoring, technical troubleshooting, backups, and general maintenance. The goal of the project was to provide Amanat Research Institute with a reliable and professional digital platform that strengthens its online presence and makes information about its programs, research, and activities more accessible to the public.
